Back Again!!
As you can see by my title I got bad news and good news. First the good news I finally heard from my daughter in law just minutes ago after trying to reach someone yesterday and early today that my sons operation went alright. But he ended up staying last night as his oxygen level was low and going lower. They think he might have sleep apeny just like me.He already had one heart attack when he was 30 years old. But she said they were letting him come home today. Now for the bad news. The home that I was raised in burnt to the ground this morning about 7:00. Luckily no one was home as they were on their way to Pittsburgh.This home has a lot of memories to it.I am hoping to get some photos of it some when I do I will try to post them on here and as you can see I am back to scrap booking again. Maybe I will make a page of old photos and memories of this old house. Not sure when it was built but it was very very old.I love to scrap book old photos and new just need to find some new backgrounds.Well I should get something none but don't know just what yet so until later when I hope to have some photos take care and enjoy you day.

I was setting here starting to blog when I lost power for just a second,so I will start again. It seems as thought time is just flying by here we are in the last week on August, and soon the snowbirds will be returning.Our tropical storm Fay has finally left the building she sure wasn't in any hurry. She flooded so many places, luckily we did not get flooding as many people had to leave their homes with nothing.We had rain all day on Saturday what a lazy day.All together we had rain for six days straight.Well our son is having surgery on his back today should have called him last night but didn't so will call him later hope this fixes his knee and the awful pain he has been in. As for my knees they are still not the way they should be, and now my ankle is mess up. What a way to grow old all these aches and pain are no good.Our one daughter is have surgery in September so it seems our family is always having something done medical wise.I hope this will soon pass.I can't wait for fall to begin I am so tired of all this heat. I heard the other day that the north is going to be very cold and snowy this year this is not good what with the price on oil.I do not miss the very cold and snow only the very first on that clings to the trees and makes them so pretty, I also miss the changing of the leaves as they are in so many colors.Well my electric is playing games so I guess that I must sign off for now.Until later have a very good and safe day.

Yes as you can see Tropical Storm Fay came here.She made landfall about 30 minutes from us.I am glad she is gone as I sure was scared. The wind as awful and rain was the same. We lost our electric at 5:00 and it was out until 1:00,which wasn't too bad.We were going to go to the hall but decided we could handle it, but next time I am not staying here.They kept telling us to be aware of tornado's and every time the wind blow I that it was going to be it. I sounded awful.I just imaged us flying there the air like kites. She is out of the state now but they are saying she might renter,I just hope if she does she stays away from all of us.Today we are still getting some rain and it is very breezy but I can handle this. My living room looks a dungeon because it is so dark from the shutters and we will leave them up now till the hurricane season is over.I cleaned up our yard today just need to do the back of the house but not until tomorrow as I am tired.He is trimming the tree beside the porch as the storm took the top out of it, I don't like to trim it to much as it protects all my orchids from the sun as they can't have a lot or it will burn them.I just I should see what he is up too.So until later have a great day and stay safe.

Well as you can see and have heard we got a tropical storm on its way, they don't know yet where she is going but it might be Naples{here] or Fort Myers or the pan handle.So far she is just a tropical storm but could great stronger as she gets into the Gulf.We are under Hurricane Watch as she might become one soon. It is expected to make landfall on Tuesday if here but if she passes us it will be later for the rest of them.We are getting our things together just in case. Started to get the park ready today turning tables over and picking up things that could blow around.Yesterday I went shopping for supplies. I guess we take what we get as we can't stop Mother Nature {only pray for Fay to stay AWAY] I guess I better get my laundry finished so until later when I will update you all on Fay, stay safe and Angel Please Help Us All.

Hi an welcome one and all,
You probably wonder what is going on with my title{Well someone has returned}I wonder who? I didn't know if you were going to blog anymore as you are never on and I don't thing you even check this anymore. Oh well I can't complain as sometimes I don't get on here to blog but should. Did you see I added something here today?Let me know if you did. Today is just another day of the pain still in my knee.some days I wish that I had never had it done. I get up an go for a walk and the ride the bike for 10 minutes and then back to do the other exercises and then I can hardly walk all day. I go back to the doctors on the 9Th and I can't wait to ask him how long do I put up with this pain. The other knee isn't and better although I haven't had it done, I walk around like I am 90 years old.Someone is getting a little ant see just can't wait till I go to work.I don't know how this is going to work out.I should be alright as all I do is set but when I set for a lenght of time that's when I can hardly get moving again. I talked to my boss yesterday and she ask when I was coming back but things are slow.Are weather is hot still maybe get some rain but there are a few things they are watching in the tropics so I hope they stay away. Well must close this little book and pay so bills so until later let the angels keep us safe.

This is a big Welcome Back
As you all can see we celebrated our anniversary yesterday. This was our 46th one. We went out to dinner and the went to the Naples Pier and watched the sunset.This seems to be our entertainment lately, but usually we just set at the end on our parks street as we can see it there, the only thing is there isn't any water to make it more romantic.We got there early and just set and watched the swimmers and listen to the waves beating against the pillars it was quiet just listening to the waves. I could spent the day just setting there.Our life has had its ups and downs but we have survived 46 years.I hope to have many many more, and then its the 50th we want to celebrate big.Just hope we live and make it that far.{God willing}Today just being lazy I did manage to clean my oven it was getting really bad.Now it is raining again and then we got three little things out there that might grow into something we don't want they are watching them will know in a few days what is going on. So now it is time to leave until later have a great day and Happy Anniversary Sweetie.

You can see it better at my page in scrapbookflair.com a link to it is on this blog.Well today we are getting rain off and on and it is hot,hot hot.Well as of yesterday I have no more therapy they said they did all they can do so just keep up doing the stretch and riding a bike or stationary bike. I can also go to the pool and do some exercises.She said my range of motion is 20 now it was 14 when I started so that is about all for it.Now it is waiting to go back to the doctors in Sept. I will probably try to go back to work soon as things are getting mighty tight here.I was out and walked earlier so now must get off here and go and do something. Need to go to the store and do a little laundry so I guess it is get off of here for now and see you all soon. Have a very great day.

Welcome All,
Well we are back for our little break. We enjoyed our time away from the park as it gave us a little time by ourselves we went to Fort Lauderdale for the weekend. We didn't do much but still had a pretty good time. I am still having a little pain with my new knee so it is hard to do too much.We went to the beach the one day but it seems we were always waiting for someone.Didn't go in the water just set and watch the people go by. It was pretty hot there one good thing is there was a little breeze.This photo is of a place we stopped to look at some ships.We also went to the Hard Rock Cafe. I played the slots and lost all my money. so what else is new ,that's my life.Always a loser{LOL}They had a nice light show at night but as usual I forgot my camera. Didn't think we were going there until the next day {Oh Well} I guess I should go and find something to do, it is hot again today I just came back for my walk and now I need to rest as my legs just aren't up to walking a lot yet. So until later have a fine day.
