Come In Out Of the Cold,
Please little invisable angels " Keep me warm tonight and away from the cold and frost" That's right they are calling for frost here and my little beauties are going to get cold. This one has been batter around by the wind these last few days just glad it didn't break it, now if it just survies the very cold temp. If it weren't so big of blooms on it I might bring it in, as I do when it gets extra cold here but tonight I got to many and no room for them inside. Several are blooming and I only hope they will be fine.Others have buds and I pray the angels will keep them safe and they buds don't fall off or blast.I don't know too much about them yet but wish I did.The one in the photo has that long stem of flowers longer then I have seen it is weighing the plant down. Our weather has turn cold and I guess this is winter now, as I thought spring arrived a little early these last few weeks.Little angel on my shoulder you must whisper, naughty naughty LOL So my day was not too bad as I worked and then did not too much when I came home. Hello and Welcome all,
Just a short blog as my little angel that is on my shoulder keeps reminding me to update, so here to you sweetie. It was not to bad outside early today but guess what it is cold enough to snow now. I planted some new flowers today just hope they don't freeze(LOL). They are perannial so they don't need planted again if they grow. One is some kind of Iris and they other is a little purple flower don't remember the name. Also want to plant so gladiolas in between each one hope they grow.I also wash clothes and cleaned so you can see I was a little busy. I enjoy doing these if only my legs didn't bother me so much. Soon maybe they will replace my knees and then things will hopefully be better. Two more years if I can hold off. I just talked to my son in Pa. they were having snow and a snow advisory until 7:00 tomorrow for 4 to 6 more inches. I told him to keep it we will take the cool or cold winds not SNOW. Well little angel here you are hope you enjoy it and take care and I will try to remeber to UPDATE again tomorrow, so keep warm and safe until then God Speed.

Oops,
Me again late as unusual I have been a little lask with my posting lately. But I have tried several days and it seems this site won't let me post most of the time.So it finally let me in the first time today. Today our weather started out not bad but now it is damp and cold. Our temp at 12 noon was only 54 and it is to drop into the 40's tonight. They say this will be hanging around for five to ten more days. Which means that our temps will be back to average for this time of year.I know you all think that is not cold but for Florida that is cool or cold.The month is almost gone and it will soon be Valentines day, why do these years seem to pass so fast?I can remember when I was young and we prayed for the months to pass fast, but since I have got older it just seems to fly right by.We are getting rain right now which we need bad. I have a few more orchids that are about to bloom and this will help them as long as it doesn't get to cool.I guess I must seem like I am just rattling on so I will post now and see you all back here soon, may the angel be with us all until whenever.

Welcome Back,
I know I am getting bad about blogging but this weekend has been busy. I tryed earlier and it would not let me kept telling me that I wasn't on line and I know I was. The only way I could get it to post this time was to go to foxfire. I don't understand what is wrong with internet explorer. But here is my blog for today a little late. I was busy Saturday as we had a party at the hall here. It was a Safari party and things got a little crazy. I made the cakes for it and they turned out so nice. Everyone sure has thanking me, I guess I will be make some for other parties too. I enjoy my cooking and baking among everything else. Here is a photo of another orchid, it looks almost green but it really is yellow. I want to start and build a special place for them that will mist them daily and keep them out of the sun as the sun will burn their leaves.I got several new ones for a friend and they are in bad shape because they left them in the sun last summer and went away for several months. I am nursing them back as they will come back but it takes awhile. I gues I will close for tonight as I need to do those monthly chores on here so until later take care and have a very nice evening.

Just trying to do this again a first for me and hope it all looks good I have a lot to learn on doing scrapbooking but I will try to master it. Today I am feeling a little better havn't felt that great all weekend. Our weather is about to change again they say a cool wave is coming in, but it will only make the temps. normal which is ok with me. My orchids are all starting to bloom so will try some scrapbook post with them. So keep checking to see how I am doing until later as it is almost dinner time. May the angels watch over and keep us safe and healthy.

Yes it's another orchid this one has never bloomed and it is not fully out yet so will post another photo later. Had a lot of problems trying to post today I hope it was this site and not my computer. Still having problems with my printer. This is not good as the new year is just starting and already things are breaking down. Today is a little warmer then yesterday as the cold returned to us then. But this sure did feel good only a little cold.I am going to make this short and sweet as I need to go and do a few things,this new year is catching me off guard so far. Just don't seem to have enough time in the day. Until maybe later take care and come back soon as I am still working on this site.
